I was pleasantly surprised by the shipping cost. It was fair for what I ordered, and more importantly, it didn’t suddenly shoot up at checkout like some sites love to do for absolutely no reason.

I only needed a few small parts, so I was half expecting the delivery fee to be ridiculous compared to the actual items. You know when the postage costs more than the stuff in the basket? Drives me mad. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case here.

Nothing dramatic to report, which is kind of the point. Quick order, reasonable postage, no mystery fees sneaking in at the end. I’d use RS again.

I wasn’t totally sure which part would work with my setup, so I reached out to support. they got back to me fast and didn’t just toss me a random link. They actually explained the differences and even checked what was in stock. made ordering way less stressful. Good help, no fuss.

I’m giving 4 stars because the first tracking update was a little slow, so I wasn’t totally sure if the parcel had actually moved yet. After that though, everything updated fine and the delivery arrived when expected (so no real complaints in the end).

The box arrived nice and tidy, and everything inside was perfectly safe with no damage at all. Really appreciate the care that went into the packaging!

I did get updates, which was helpful, but they were sometimes a little late or not super clear 😕 Overall, it was okay, just could’ve been more consistent.

The return did go through in the end, but the updates was slow and a little confusing. I wasn’t always sure what was happening or when I’d hear back next.
